Krysten E. Blackstone

Historian. Writer. Educator.

Welcome!

I am a social and military historian of Early America and a Lecturer in International and Military History at the University of Salford.  My current work examines the morale of the Continental Army during the Revolutionary War, 1775-1783.  My research utilises soldiers' narratives of the conflict, and is primarily concerned with enlisted soldiers.

On this site you'll learn more about me, read some of my writing, and stay up to date on various events and projects I have on the go.
